Is there parking all year round?
There is street parking which is paid by meter, or download the Asbury Park Parking app. There are also paid lots located on Fourth, Second, and Lake avenues. Parking in the summer can be a challenge, so a car service or public transportation is a smart choice. Click here to reserve a parking spot in advance through our Laz Parking partner.
What about health concerns?
If you do not feel well, you should not enter the venue.
How about smoking?
There is no smoking inside The Stone Pony. Outside, in the Summer Stage area, e-cigarettes are permitted but not regular cigarettes.
Can I take photos at the shows?
In general, no cameras with detachable lenses are permitted. No video or recording equipment unless it is an artist known to allow those items.

Lost and found
We try our best to locate lost items, but The Stone Pony is not responsible for anything left here.
Weather?
If inclement weather forces us to postpone a show, all information will be immediately available on our website and all our social media. If nothing is posted, the show will go on so please hold off on calling.
If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded from point of purchase. Tickets bought online through Ticketmaster will refunded automatically. If you bought tickets in person at our box office, you will have to return to our box office for a refund.
Re-entry?
There is typically no re-entry, but exceptions can be made. There is no re-entry to anyone under the age of 21.

Can I take public transportation to The Stone Pony?
Yes, please visit the Directions tab in the About section.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster phone charge, and here at our box office. Tickets bought at the box office are not subject to the Ticketmaster online fees. Box office hours Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5 pm and during all show hours.
Can I buy tickets at the door the day of the show?
Tickets are available at the door the day of the show if the show is not sold out, and up until the point at the door the show may become sold out.
Are there seats at your venue?
Our venue is general admission, first come first serve standing room only. However, there are bar stools through the venue, which is also a first come first serve basis.
I want to bring my child to your venue; do they need a ticket?
Our venue is all ages unless otherwise noted. Every person entering the venue needs their own ticket.
I lost my ticket, what do I do?
Tickets can be located if purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Provide us with as much information as possible from your order, so we can assist you in locating your tickets the day of the show.
Do the bars at the Pony accept credit cards?
All our bars accept credit cards.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Alcohol Consumption
The legal drinking age is 21. All guests must be prepared to show ID to purchase alcohol. The Stone Pony uses a state of the art scanning system to check the validity of identification presented. If an id turns out to be false, the venue will give the invalid ID to Asbury Park Police.
Valid forms of ID include a valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the United States government, a state government, commonwealth, possession or territory of the United States or a provincial government of Canada; a valid passport, a valid U.S. military ID.
Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside The Stone Pony. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest

We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.
Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons/firearms/knives, laser pens, pepper spray/mace, alcohol, video cameras/recording devices, outside food & beverages, glass, cans, aluminum bottles, coolers, large or oversized bags/back packs, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized back packs, animals (except service animals), fireworks, blankets, chairs of any kind, umbrellas
Hula hoops, light toys, gloves, etc. are determined for each show and it is best to contact the venue regarding these items.
No drugs or paraphernalia. Prescriptions drugs will not be allowed into the venue unless they are in a prescription bottle. The ID of the person holding the prescription must match the name on the bottle.
